Luftwaffe personnel were also very much involved in war crimes, and were the largest recipients of the products of slave labor. They were told to ram their fighters into allied bombers and bail out, and the crazy motherfuckers did.
Take some time to read up on Sonderkommando Elbe for an example. The fanatics were more often found in the Luftwaffe.
